Royal Paws & Pals was created for both pet parents and spoiled pets. We started out walking pups only. Which is why our group walks kept the name, Royal Paw Walk. Over the years; through client referrals and small marketing. We've expanded the areas we cover and the services we provide. Hence, our new name, Royal Paws & Pals. As we provide more services than walks now.
Our overall goal is to build a one stop palace that excels in customer service and provides an insane amount of love, integrity, reliability, consistency and quality care through all it's services.
Every pet is unique in their own way (just like humans), their shaped with their own personalities and have specific needs and wants too. Their all different. What ever he/she needs, know their being treated like "Royalty" when booking with us.
We thrive on providing clients both pups and humans, with a unique experience that leaves them at ease no matter where they are. Work or play, we provide a variety of different services. our walks are dedicated to safe adventures with live GPS tracking. live GPS walks allows pet parents to see the route their pup explored and more. Once a paw & pal is connected, we like to keep those paws with the same pals every time unless theres an emergency. Throughout our walks; we reinforce training, play, provide organic treats, purified water, clean paws (after walks) and send day to day Doggy Reports (via client preference). In addition to specializing in walks, we provide: Royal Excursions, Play Dates with Buddy, Bed & Breakfast, Doggy Daycare, Bath & Beauty and Massages. We also customize plans and pricing, provide flexible weekly scheduling with different payment options, offer a rewards program, a referral program and we give back.
But what brings clients back time after time goes beyond providing cool perks and services. It's about their pets unique experience that can only be delivered through our skilled pet CPR certified employees; who go above and beyond to create an awesome one, EVERY TIME. Beyond our safety techniques, we want parents to feel more secure booking with us by knowing our team is comprised of experienced, well trained, thoroughly screened, trusted and passionate Professionals. We are a small business digging life long holes in the big apple as pet care devotees. We are licensed, bonded, Insured and pet CPR certified.

The Crown Walk
Center of attention guaranteed
Crown walks are private walks. One on One walks designed to provide your pups with the red crown. They will receive special attention to be treated like "Royalty". Although, private walks are good for younger pups, since they need the extra guidance as they adapt to the big apple and our seniors; who like the peace and keeping their own pace. No matter the size, breed or age of your pup, if they like all the attention. They'll love being pampered on a private walk too!

EASY 2 STEP PREOCESS TO BECOME APART OF OUR ROYAL FAMILY...
1. Meet & Greet
Get in contact with us via Bark at us form, email, text or phone call. We'll answer each others basic questions and schedule a free meet & greet via in person or a phone call.
Yes! We accept both on demand and recurring clients.
2. Service with Peace of Mind
During our free meet & greet; you, your pup(s), our Founder and your new Dog Walker will get to sniff one another out and document important information pertaining to your pup(s). If all smells well, we can then agree to services and accept your keys or access code to pick up your pup.
Once your pups profile is complete and your apart of our Royal Family, you can schedule weekly at ease via text or email with our Founder. Enjoy the same pal every time and cool perks with a peace of mind.

Throughout our relationship, we try to provide convenience while keeping rates pawsitively fair. Below you'll find our cancellation and termination policy along with additional fees to be aware of:

Throughout the lifetime of our relationship, we will always be there for your pup. If you move, we try to move with you. If your schedule changes, we try to accommodate for you. We confirm schedules and accept payments every weekend.However, If for what ever reason you may need to terminate our contract, we ask you provide us with two weeks notice before terminating services. Without two weeks notice, you'll incur full rate, upon discretion. This termination policy was set in place to protect our employees reliable income. With this sufficient amount of time we can rearrange our employees schedule to maintain a full-time one. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
